We are recruiting: core maker (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a core maker in Warren County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
