You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On the job you will handle: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
