Great opportunity: we are hiring a plasterer in Durham County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Your main tasks: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
