We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Elk County, Kansas. The job is in a café. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
