Vertical milling machine operator • Coffee County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Coffee County, Alabama. Day to day you will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 6+ years on the tools preferred.
