Waiter — Denbighshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Denbighshire, Wales. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
