Urgent requirement: dozer operator (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dozer operator in Crawford County, Illinois. The job is on a road construction project. The role involves push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. You should have: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
