Kitchen porter wanted in Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Wayne County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 4+ years on the tools preferred.
