Powder spray gun operator — Ifelodun

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Ifelodun, Osun State. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
