Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
