We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Powhatan County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Six days a week, one day off.
