External wall insulation fitter — Hardeman County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Hardeman County, Texas. The job is at a cold storage facility. Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles You will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
