Paint booth operator — Craighead County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Craighead County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 6+ years on the tools preferred.
