Great opportunity: tower crane operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tower crane operator in St. Helens, England. You will be based on a high-rise tower crane. On a typical shift you will keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
