Stone mason — Culpeper County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stone mason in Culpeper County, Virginia. You will be based on a residential building site. The role involves: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat Requirements: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
