Tile installer — Wayne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile installer in Wayne County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits. Requirements: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
