Vacancy available: dishwasher (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Bunkure, Kano State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
