Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Rotherham, England. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Full-time, day shift.
