Waterproofing applicator — Henry County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Henry County, Illinois. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day-to-day duties: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
