Rigging foreman — Hawaii County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Hawaii County, Hawaii. Day-to-day duties: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
