Head baker — Spink County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Spink County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
