Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Franklin County, Kansas. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 5+ years on the tools preferred.
