Bread baker wanted in Trinity County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Trinity County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 2+ years on the tools preferred.
