Waterproofing applicator — Orange County

Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Orange County, Virginia. The role involves wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
