Immediate opening: visual inspection operator (Katsina State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Kafur, Katsina State. What we are looking for: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans 6+ years on the tools preferred.
