Catering cook — Ifedayo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Ifedayo, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
