Injection moulding machine operator — Trigg County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Trigg County, Kentucky. You will be based on a production line. On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $15 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
