Press shop operator — Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press shop operator in Benton County, Washington. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. On the job you will handle: • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Part-time with flexible hours.
