Prep cook • Rusk County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
