Automobile electrician — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automobile electrician in Jackson County, Indiana. The job is at a roadside auto repair shop. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Own basic hand tools preferred • Able to work under the dashboard and bonnet for long periods Your main tasks: • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Programme keys and reset immobilisers • Read wiring diagrams and trace circuits • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Fit car stereos, reverse cameras and dashcams 5+ years on the tools preferred.
