Join our team: we are hiring an assembly operator in Adair County, Missouri. The job is at a busy assembly plant. Day to day you will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience.
