Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Wright County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
