Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in McLean County, Kentucky. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
