Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Pennington County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
