Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Iowa County, Iowa. You will work at a cake shop. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
