Pastry baker wanted in Harford County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Harford County, Maryland. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts.
