Single needle operator — Madison County

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Madison County, Kentucky. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. You will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
