Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On the job you will handle: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
