Fast-fit technician — Cumbria

Join our team: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Cumbria, England. You will work in a commercial truck tyre depot. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly On the job you will handle: • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
