Cnc turner — Lyman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Lyman County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
