Sheet metal press operator — Pierce County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Pierce County, Georgia. Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 2+ years on the tools preferred.
