Groundsman wanted in Milwaukee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundsman in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. You will work in a botanical garden. You will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish 3+ years on the tools preferred.
