VRF/VRV installation technician — Cook County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Cook County, Georgia. You will be based on new-build apartment projects. Day-to-day duties: • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping Requirements: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Part-time with flexible hours.
