We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer in Sebastian County, Arkansas. You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Your main tasks: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
