Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Lawrence County, Indiana. You will be based at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
