CNC milling operator — Adams County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Adams County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work You will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
