Bread and bun maker — Tioga County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tioga County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
