Immediate opening: we are hiring a security officer in Washington County, Maryland. You will work in a corporate office building. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Ex-servicemen preferred • Height and weight as per security norms Day to day you will man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area.
