What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
