Tower crane operator • Wayne County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Wayne County, Indiana. You will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Part-time with flexible hours.
